Administration

Mrs. Hegna, Principal

Welcome to A.G. Wright Middle School. Thank you for sending your students to us. We are so excited to have them as members of our community of scholars!

I graduated from Radford University and started my teaching career as a 7th-grade teacher at John J. Wright Middle School. I then taught social studies at Brooke Point High School for eleven years and earned my master’s degree from the University of Mary Washington.

Before becoming the Principal at A.G. Wright Middle School, I was a high school assistant principal for four years in Stafford County. My husband and I are the proud parents of two incredible daughters, Madeline and Liv.

I look forward to partnering with you to create the best middle school experience for your scholar. Together we are going to make this a great school year.
